How is it possible that buildings in 'desirable' neighborhoods remain boarded up. This particular view is in Soho, but a would be 'gem of a' brownstone on my block in Brooklyn is, instead, a mess of a shell - and its in a good school zone for crying out loud. Open one eye in this town and the view is of a partially finished glass and steel monstrosity, looming over the city like a giant tombstone, and yet these quaint little buildings that people would commit triple murder for remain cloaked in mystery, home only to pigeon droppings.
It makes for an illogical mathematical equation (and one that, honestly, I'm far too ill-equipped to even fake create). Someone just tell me who owns those buildings. Not that I could afford it - just so my frustration can blossom. It is almost Spring.
